BASF Corp. Litigation
Doug Nill leads a class action lawsuit alleging that BASF Corp. defrauded thousands of American farmers by marketing the same herbicide as different products - Poast and Poast Plus - at radically different prices. BASF's "system of deceit" was intended to extract premium prices from farmers of minor crops such as field beans, potatoes, sugar beets, sunflowers, fruits and vegetables.
